Green Island

Since we'd recently discovered how beautiful Green Island was (after living here for 19 months...) we knew we wanted to take Dave's parents there and show them the view it provided.

It was a bright, sunny day (Sister had her shades in her purse, but declined to put them on, then proceeded to wince all day. Whatever.) and the flowers were colorful and cheery...

My Father in law snapped some impressive pics, including all the panoramas you see in this post...

We stopped at one of the playgrounds and played for a bit...

...all of us...

We walked around the outer rim of the island...

(well, most of us walked, Sister roller-skated ;) )

We played at pretty much every playground area we passed...

...all of us...

Getting better at the selfie of six!

After our time around the island, we walked to a nearby restaurant, Wok Hay, and enjoyed a tasty dinner...

Seeing the three of them like that reminded me of a picture I took years back, where I asked them all to pose with a hereditary scowl they've all mastered. I asked them to do the family angry face, and they obliged...

And then I dug up this old pic...

Hahahaha. Love those boys, even when their faces are grumpy ;)
